Step 5: Opt for the ‘citizen login’ feature and provide your personal information, including name, email, and phone number.

Step 6: Enter the OTP sent to your registered phone number, fill in the captcha, and proceed by clicking ‘Submit’.

Step 11: Once evidence is attached, click ‘Save and Next’.

Step 14: A confirmation message will be issued, indicating the successful registration of your complaint. Simultaneously, an email containing your complaint ID and relevant details will be dispatched.
