Tata Motors has the fastest growing EV portfolio in India with the other popular manufactures gradually picking up the pace. In the coming two years, the homegrown auto giant is expected to have one of the largest fleets of electric vehicles in the country. As many as three new Tata electric SUVs are expected to debut by 2025. Amongst the upcoming Tata EVs is the Curvv EV which finally taking shape as a reality.

Tata Curvv EV India Launch Confirmed: Here’s The Timeline
Tha Tata Curvv EV is set to launch in the Q2 of 2024-2025 fiscal year. Tata itself has revealed this timeline for its first coupe-style EV launch. This information was shared by the company during its recent investor meet. Going by the timeline suggested, the Tata Curvv India launch is couple of months away. We will possibly see the developments getting finalized by July- September 2024.
Tata is expected to introduce the EV variant of the Curvv initially. As per the online reports, the Curv ICE models will possibly break covers three to four months later after the EV. This means the Curvv ICE-engine models will go official by the end of 2024 or early 2025.

Tata Curvv EV Possible Price Range In India
Tata might launch the Curvv EV with a starting price label of Rs. 20 lakh. However, there is no concrete information that can back this pricing for the Curvv EV model. The Curvv EV could compete against the likes of the XUV400 electric, MG ZS EV, and its sibling Nexon EV. The price range will be the determining factor here as to which all existing electric cars or e-SUV models it will go up against.

Tata Curvv EV Powertrain: What All Is Known?
The electric powertrain driving the Curvv EV is not revealed currently. The exact battery capacity and the range delivery is also not known at this point. But if we look at the past leaks, the upcoming coupe-style EV could deliver up to 500 km range with full charged battery. It is expected to be loaded with modern range of security features including ADAS (Advanced Driver Assistance System) and 360-degree surround view camera.
