Production-Ready Tata Curvv.EV: How Does It Look?
Tata Motors have officially unveiled the production version of the Curvv EV in India. The brand has shared the exclusive exterior design of the Curvv EV model which integrates several design changes than the concept model showcased at the Bharat Global Mobility show earlier this year.
The coupe-style statement remains the signature design approach with the Curvv EV. Bearing familiarity with the Nexon, the Curvv EV fascia features a connected LED DRL along with sequential turn indicators. The headlamp assembly seems to be the same as the Nexon. The charging port is also mounted on the front similar to the Punch.ev.
The exteriors snapshot shared by Tata shows flush-fit door handles, sloping roofline towards the rear. Prominent changes in the design between the concept and the production-spec model is the standard ORVMs instead of the camera-integrated ORVMs.
The Curvv EV’s ev-specific design elements include a closed-off grille and 5-spoke diamond-cut alloy wheels with petal-shaped styling. At the rear, the Curvv EV flaunts a connected LED tail lamp along with an integrated roof spoiler.
Tata hasn’t dislosed the interiors of the Curvv EV or the ICE model. But we are expecting the same illuminated two-spoke steering wheel which the brand recently introduced with the Nexon. Details related to the powertrain also remain scarce. However, we are expecting the new Activ.ev platform under its hood along with advanced range of safety features including ADAS, and others.
