Mahindra XUV.e8, XUV.e9, And BE.05 Electric SUVs Test Mules Snapped Together
The upcoming Mahindra electric SUV fleet comprising the XUV.e8, XUV.e9, and the BE.05 have been snapped together. The test mules of these three electric SUVs have been captured while getting charged at a mall in Udaipur, Rajasthan. The latest snapshots of the XUV.e and BE series e-SUVs not just shows the real life road stance but also a clear difference between the overall profile.
The XUV.e9 is said to be somewhere around 4.8 m in length and appears to be bulkier than the XUV.e8. The XUV.e9 will likely offer a roomier cabin compared to the XUV.e8. The latter is reportedly sharing the same length profile as its ICE variant, i.e., the XUV 700.
The XUV.e9 also is unique in overall design as it gets a rear-mounted charging port. The placement is on the left-rear edge. It isn’t clear where the charging port is mounted on the XUV.e8 in these latest spy shot images. But it’ll likely be equipped on the side profile. As for the BE.05 e-SUV, the charging slot is positioned on the side panel similar to the BE.05. The same has been revealed by the previous test mule images.
The test mule of the XUV.e9 and the XUV.e8 further shows an identical fascia featuring the same headlamp design and a robust bonnet design. The snapshots further shows parking sensors up front and a radar box for ADAS along with dual-LED projector headlamp design.
