Vivo just got done with its flagship products launch where the Chinese tech giant refreshed its foldable smartphone and tablet lineup. The Vivo Pad 2 has finally arrived alongside the Vivo X Fold 2 and the Vivo X Flip in China. The new Vivo Android tablet has been launched as a premium option for the consumers with some notable hardware upgrades over the first Vivo tablet, i.e., the Vivo Pad. The Vivo Pad 2 brings a similar large form factor where it packs a 12.1-inch display. This time too, Vivo has used an LCD screen but with a higher 2.8K screen resolution. The refresh rate offered by the Vivo Pad 2 is also upgraded to 144Hz. Additionally, the Vivo Pad 2’s screen comes with a 600 nits peak brightness and also features HDR10 for improved visual clarity.\
The high-res screen on the Vivo Pad 2 combined with the company’s self-developed writing engine will give users a real life-like writing experience of a pen/pencil and paper using the stylus. For audio, the Vivo Pad 2 produces up to 6W output with the integrated four full-range speakers and two tweeters.

The Vivo Pad 2 has been introduced with a dual camera setup. The sensors are packed inside a circular module which include a 13MP (main lens) and 2MP (macro lens). For selfies and video calling, an 8MP snapper is packed on the top of the front bezel.

The Vivo Pad 2 tablet comes with Android 13 OS layered with OriginOS 3 UI designed specifically for Pad. This tablet supports stylus pen (Vivo Pencil) and keyboard (Smart Touch) which further allows it to offer a PC-like user experience.

The Vivo Pad 2 is launched with RMB 2,399 (approx. Rs. 28,500) price tag for the 8GB RAM+ 128GB storage option and RMB 2,799 (approx. Rs. 33,300) for the 8GB RAM+ 256GB storage variant. The Vivo Pad 2 is also available with 12GB RAM+ 256GB storage and 12GB RAM+ 512GB storage which are priced at RMB 3,099 (approx. Rs. 36,900) and RMB 3,399 ((approx. Rs. 45,200) respectively. The color options introduced are Nebula Purple, Far Mountain Ash, and Harami Blue.
