Vivo’s popular flagship camera-centric smartphone series is getting refreshed next week. The Chinese tech giant is bringing the X90 series which will be succeeding the X80 lineup. The Vivo X90 5G is debuting alongside the Vivo X90 Pro and the X90 Pro+ on November 22 in China. Just a few days ahead of the launch, the specification of all these three Vivo X series phones has been leaked. Let’s have a quick look at the features tipped.

Vivo X90 5G, X90 Pro 5G Key Features And Specifications

A fresh leak via Price Baba in collaboration with tipster Ishan Aggarwal sheds light on the entire Vivo X90 series specifications. This vanilla Vivo X90 5G will be the low-end model in the latest X90 series and is said to be powered by the octa-core Dimensity 9200 chipset. The publications suggest it’ll offer LPDDR5 RAM and UFS 4.0 storage.

The standard Vivo X90 5G is further leaked with an AMOLED screen which will be 6.78-inches in size. It will be an FHD+ panel with a 120Hz refresh rate and an integrated fingerprint scanner.

The Vivo X90 5G imaging setup will have three cameras including a 50MP main kens, a 12MP ultrawide sensor, and another 12MP portrait sensor with 2x optical zoom support. This phone will further feature a 32MP camera that will be used for selfies and video calls. The leak hints at a 4,810 mAh battery with 120W fast charging.

Moving on to the Vivo X90 Pro 5G, the display and chipset will be identical to the standard X90 5G (as per the leak. The imaging setup on the X90 Pro 5G will have slight alterations. In addition to the 50MP main camera with an f/1.6 aperture, the X90 Pro 5G is said to feature a Sony IMX758 portrait camera, and a 12MP ultrawide angle lens.

The Vivo X90 Pro 5G will also have a slightly big battery size, i.e., 4,870 mAh along with 120W fast charging. This model will have an additional 50W fast wireless charging support.

The Vivo X90 Pro+ 5G will be the most powerful model in this series which is said to use the Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 chipset. This model will also feature an LPDDR5x RAM and UFS 4.0 storage support. The display panel will be identical across the Vivo X90 series.

The camera setup on the Vivo X90 Pro 5G will feature a 50MP main Sony IMX989 lens combined with another 50MP Sony IMX758 sensor (portrait lens), a 48MP ultrawide angle lens, and a 64MP OmniVision OV64B40 telephoto lens with an f/3.5 aperture. The selfie snapper will be a 32MP lens on this model as well. The battery capacity and fast charging drop to 4,700 mAh and 80W respectively.

Vivo X90 5G Series Expected India Launch

Vivo has only confirmed the X90 5G series China launch on November 22. There is no official word related to its availability in India and other regions. There is a low possibility of Vivo introducing this lineup by this year in India and we might have to wait till next year.
