Yet another Vivo Y series phone has cleared its certification indicating an upcoming launch. Following the Vivo Y76, the company is now working on the Y32. The device is likely a new affordable phone that will follow the footsteps of the Y33s launched earlier recently. The handset previously got certified via 3C in China and now has made an appearance at TENAA. What can we expect from the next Vivo budget smartphone? Let’s find out:

Vivo Y32 Design Revealed Via TENAA

The alleged Vivo Y32 has stopped by TENAA with the V2158A model number. The certification website has been updated with the images revealing the fascia as well the back panel’s design. Upfront, the handset flaunts a basic waterdrop notch display with a slim side and thick bottom bezels.

The Vivo Y32 can be seen with a big vertical camera module placed at the upper left corner housing three sensors and an LED flash. The Vivo branding is etched at the bottom left. The device seems to have a dual-tone gradient finish (black-bluish). Unfortunately, the TENAA listing doesn’t give insight into the specifications.

However, the handset bears an identical design to the Vivo Y33s. This essentially hints the hardware could also be similar. We might see the Vivo Y32 as a trimmed-down version of the aforementioned model. But, that’s just speculation.

The exact specifications can only be confirmed once the device visits some more certification or mobile benchmark platforms. Just to recap, the handset’s fast charging speeds (18W) have been confirmed by the 3C listing.

When Is Vivo Y32 Launching?

Vivo would likely bring the Y32 initially in the Chinese market. That’s considering the handset has been certified via two major Chinese mobile authentication platforms. Since the handset has made limited sightings online, the launch timeline would be hard to estimate just yet.

Nevertheless, Vivo has been proactive throughout this year with new launches in the ‘Y’ series. Therefore, it shouldn’t come as a surprise if the company brings this handset right before this year-end. It also remains to be seen if the Vivo Y32 comes as an affordable 5G phone or will be a regular 4G phone with entry-level hardware. The possibilities of the latter are higher.
