Vivo has launched yet another mid-range Android smartphone in India under its affordable “Y” series. The latest entrant by the company is called Vivo Y33T. The new model has been announced in the country within a week of the Y21T’s launch. It features a traditional waterdrop notch display and offers other decent features such as the Snapdragon 880 processor and a 90Hz display.
Vivo Y33T Specifications And Features: How Different Is It From Vivo Y21T?
If we speak of the features, the Vivo Y33T is a mid-range phone which comes with standard 4G network connectivity and slightly upgraded features over the Vivo Y21T. However, most of the features remain similar specifically the display, battery, and rear camera features. The Vivo Y33T also features a 6.58-inch display which is an LCD panel with 1080 x 2408 pixels screen resolution. The panel comes with 90Hz refresh rate support.
The Vivo Y33T’s chipset is also the same as the Y21T. It uses the octa-core Snapdragon 680 processor. The RAM and storage configuration is higher which is one of the primary differences between both smartphones. This model comes with 8GB RAM and 128GB storage configuration and also up to 4GB virtual RAM feature. It also supports up to a 1TB microSD card. The device will boot on Android 11 OS which will be topped with FunTouch OS 12.
The Vivo Y33T’s rear camera setup isn’t changed. It features a 50MP main sensor with an f/1.78 aperture combined with a pair of 2MP depth sensors. The selfie snapper is a 16MP lens with an f/2.2 aperture. This is another upgrade that this model brings over the Vivo Y21T. The extra set of features includes a side-mounted fingerprint scanner along with 4G LTE, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, and a 3.5mm headphone jack connectivity option. It is powered by a 5,000 mAh battery that supports fast charging.

The Vivo Y33T has been launched with 8GB RAM and 128GB storage which you can buy at Rs. 18,990. Only a single variant has been launched in terms of configuration, while the color options announced are Midday Dream and Mirror Black. The device has gone up for sale via both online and offline stores in the country. The online availability is on platforms like Amazon, Flipkart, and Vivo India’s online store.
