Bookings Open For BYD eMAX 7, Kia EV9

BYD and Kia are all set to launch new electric MPV and SUV respectively in India. Both brands have scheduled the event for next month.

BYD eMax 7: The BYD eMax 7 will be an all-new electric MPV replacing the e6 MPV in India. It’s official launch is set for October 8 in the country and the pre-bookings are active on the company’s official website and authorized dealerships. A minimum token amount of Rs. 51,000 is being charged for the eMax 7’s registrations and a 7 KW free charger will be provided to the first 1,000 customers. Read More

Kia EV9: Kia is also expanding its EV portfolio in India next month with the ultra-premium e-SUV, the EV9. Kia will be launching the EV9 on October 3 in India and the pre-reservations have also started. Tata Nexon EV Bigger 45 kWh Battery Pack Variant Launched

Tata Motors unveiled a new variant of its most poplar electric four wheeler, i.e, Nexon EV. The latest model comes with a larger battery pack and will offer higher range than the existing models. The latest variant of the Nexon EV has a bigger 45 kWh battery pack which allows up to 498 km range per charge. The latest model’s battery pack is bigger in size and uses enhanced battery cells along with improved energy density.

The 45 kWh battery pack will be available in four trims including Creative, Fearless, Empowered, and Empowered Plus. Price range for the updated Nexon EV starts at Rs. 13.99 lakh and goes up to Rs. 16.99 lakh ex showroom). Read More
