Specifically, the Chinese smartphone OEMs that have dominated the affordable Android smartphone category in India are now flooding the Indian shelves with high-end phones. Earlier this year OnePlus introduced its first Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 chipset-driven phone, i.e, the OnePlus 10 Pro. Now, Xiaomi has also launched its new player in the premium smartphone race dubbed Xiaomi 12 Pro.

The OnePlus 10 Pro’s display supports the same QHD+ screen resolution of 1400 x 3216 and 120Hz refresh rate. This panel is also HDR10+ certified and protected by the Corning Gorilla Glass Victus layer on top.

The OnePlus 10 Pro packs a bigger 5,000 mAh battery compared to the Xiaomi 12 Pro. However, the wired fast charging speed is slightly lower here at 80W. The wireless charging speeds are better than the Xiaomi 12 Pro, i,e. 65W.
