Xiaomi has announced the launch of new services for its customers. The smartphone maker has come up with video support for its users. Under the new services, users will get 11 languages to support, including Hindi and English. In fact, the company said that the services are available for robot vacuum cleaners, smart televisions, and smart water purifiers.
According to the company, the services have been launched to help customers so that customers can get their problems solved quickly. The company said that the customer care representative is allowed to contact customers via phone to understand their issues and begin a video call link. In case the matter remains unresolved, then the company will place it for free under the manufacturer’s warranty.

In addition, the company said that there will be multi-lingual support, where customers are addressed via calls and email in 11 languages like Hindi, Bengali, Tamil, Marathi, Bengali, and more. In addition, the customers will get pre-sale support, which means before buying any products customers will get a consultation call.
Besides, the company said that there will be 24*7 AI Bot support for 365 days in both Hindi and English so that people will get all sorts of queries resolved. In addition, there will Xiaomi Service+ app that will get warranty information for their products. Plus, the company said there will be a 700+ workforce that will help the large customer base of the company.
Moreover, the company said that there will be training sessions to increase the upskill. It said that they are taking care of 2.5 lakh users on daily basis.
