Xiaomi is all set to launch two products in India on April 27th. Notably, the company has been teasing the Xiaomi 12 Pro smartphone and now a new report claims that the tablet will be launched on the same date. The Xiaomi Pad 5 is already available in its home market.

It is worth noting that the company has only confirmed the launch of the Xiaomi 12 Pro and it has been teasing the same via its social media account. However, the tablet is going to be the company’s first tablet in India. It is likely to have a stylus and keyboard accessories, report 91 Mobiles.

Xiaomi Pad 5: Expected Price In India

The 6GB+ 128GB Wi-Fi variant of the Xiaomi Pad 5 is already available in China for RMB 1,999, which is close to Rs. 24,000, whereas 6GB+ 256GB Wi-Fi model is priced at RMB 2,299 that is close to Rs. 27,600. However, we expect that the price of the Xiaomi Pad 5 in India might be less than the China prices.

The Xiaomi Pad 5 comes with an 11-inch WQXGA display along with a 16:10 aspect ratio, TrueTone True colour display, 120Hz refresh rate, 240Hz sampling rate, Dolby Vision, HDR10, and TUV Rheinland low blue light.

Besides, the tablet features Qualcomm Snapdragon 860 processor along with Adreno 640 GPU. The tablet packs 6GB of RAM and 256GB of storage. It will run Android 11 with MIUI 12.5 custom skin out of the box and weighs 511 grams. Besides, the device measures 254.69×166.25×6.85mm, 8720mAh battery, and 33W fast-charging support.

On the optics front, the device has 13MP primary camera and an 8MP camera on the front. In addition, the tablet will have Dolby Atmos, USB Type-C audio, quad speakers, Bluetooth 5.0, GPS, 5G, 4G LTE (optional) dual-band Wi-Fi, and USB Type-C.

Moreover, the tablet comes with a Qualcomm Snapdragon 870 processor, which is paired with the Adreno 650 GPU. The Xiaomi Pad 5 Pro Wi-Fi version has a 13MP primary and 5MP depth sensor, whereas the 5G model will have a 50MP camera and 5MP depth sensor. In addition, there is an 8MP camera on the front, an 8,600mAh battery along with 67W fast charging support.
