Oppo Reno 8T offers a  contemporary appearance with dimensions of 162.3 x 74.3 x 7.7 mm (6.39 x 2.93 x 0.30 in) and a weight of 171 g. It has a large 6.7-inch AMOLED screen with a 120Hz refresh rate and a resolution of 1080 x 2412 pixels. The panel has peak brightness levels of 950 nits which makes it clear. The Asahi Glass AGC DT-Star2 provides durability and scratch resistance for the screen.

The Oppo Reno 8T is powered by an Octa-core Qualcomm SM6375 Snapdragon 695 5G (6 nm) CPU and an Adreno 619 GPU. It uses the most recent version of Android 13 with Oppo's own ColorOS 13 layer on top. The phone comes with two internal storage options that both use UFS 2.2 technology. Moreover, it contains a microSDXC slot. The phone provides quick and fluid performance.
