POCO X4 comes with a bezel-less display with a punch hole on the top for the selfie camera. The screen is a solid 6.67 inches full HD Plus display. It is a capacitive mode touchscreen with 16M Colours depth. Corning Gorilla Glass 5 will protect the IPS LCD Type display. The phone's expected 108MP primary camera is being hailed by photography geeks as one of the finest. The phone will reportedly have a quad-camera set up (108MP + 8MP + 2MP + 2MP) on the back and a 16MP front camera. Although much clarity on the phone's hardware configuration is yet to be confirmed, it is suspected to have a Qualcomm Snapdragon 765G octa-core processor paired with 6GB RAM. Further, the phone will run on the Android version 11 operating system.The internal storage capacity will be 64GB, expandable through a microSD card which one can place in the hybrid SIM slot. However, this would mean users will have to choose between having two SIMs inserted and larger memory space.

The POCO X4 is reported to have a 6000mAh battery, supported by fast charging. Large batteries are standard in POCO phones, relieving their users of battery drainage worries.
