The Samsung Galaxy A33 has a length of 159.7mm, and a height of 74.0mm. This phone offers a Water-repellent design and has a 8.1mm thickness and weighs just 186g.  The Samsung Galaxy A33 is available in four different colours – black, white, blue and peach. The smartphone offers a 6.4-inch Super AMOLED display which features a resolution of 1080 x 2400 pixels (FHD+). The high-resolution panel further has a 90Hz refresh rate for fluid touch response. The panel comes with a massive screen-to-body ratio of 83.7% with a pixel density of 411. Moreover, the is protected with Corning Gorilla Glass 5.

The Samsung Galaxy A33 is powered by the Exynos 1280 chipset and runs on the Android 12 operating system. It is equipped with a powerful octa-core processor with 2x2.4 GHz Cortex-A78 cores and 6x2.0 GHz Cortex-A55 cores. It is available in four variants - 128GB-4GB RAM, 128GB- 6GB RAM, 128GB- 8GB RAM and 256GB- 8GB RAM. The phone has a microSDXC card slot for up to 1TB of additional space. The Galaxy A33 offers WLAN, Bluetooth, GPS, and NFC connectivity features. The Galaxy M33 has also supported two nano-SIM cards. The smartphone has Accelerometer, Fingerprint Sensor, Gyro Sensor, Geomagnetic Sensor, Hall Sensor, Light Sensor, and Virtual Proximity Sensing.

The Samsung Galaxy A33 has a quad camera setup that includes a 48 MP f/1.8 (wide) main camera with  PDAF, an 8 MP, f/2.2 camera with 123Ëš FoV,  a 5 MP f/2.4, (depth) tertiary sensor, and 2 MP f/2.4 macro lens. The front camera is a 13MP sensor for selfies and video calling. It can record 4K & 1080p videos at 30fps. In terms of its camera features, the smartphone comprises a digital zoom of up to 10x and autofocus capabilities. The Galaxy A33 also includes LED flash, panorama, and HDR for better shots.
