Vivo T1x has a height of about 16.43cm and a width of about 7.61cm. It is just 0.80 cm thick, which makes it comfortable to carry around. It is quite lightweight, its weight being 182 grams. Moreover, it has an AMOLED and LCD display. This adds more clarity and brightness to the screen. It has an impressive resolution of 1080x2408 pixels It has a refresh rate of 90Hz, which is very remarkable. It has a minimalistic approach to the design including a glass front and a plastic frame. It is offered to users in two colors- Gravity Black and Space Blue. 

Vivo T1x houses a processor of Qualcomm Snapdragon 680, which provides a seamless performance. The phone can be purchased with either 4GB and 64GB storage or 6GB RAM and 128GB, the latter is a little more expensive.In terms of sensors, Vivo T1x comprises the latest sensors, which include, Fingerprint sensor, a Compass/ Magnetometer, a Proximity sensor Accelerometer, an Ambient light sensor, and Gyroscope.The smartphone supports Wi-Fi and Bluetooth v5.0, and GPS. Along with this, it has a 3.5mm headphone jack. Vivo T1x operates on Funtouch OS 12, Which is based on Android 12.

A 50-megapixel (f/1.8) primary camera, a 2-megapixel (f/2.4) camera, and a 2-megapixel (f/2.4) camera are all part of the triple camera arrangement that the Vivo T1x has on the back. The arrangement for the back camera has autofocus. It includes a single front camera arrangement with an f/1.8 aperture and an 8-megapixel sensor for selfies.

Vivo T1x boasts a 5000mAh massive Li-ion, non-removable battery. It supports an 18W proprietary fast charging which takes about two hours considering its large battery size. The smartphone can withstand moderate usage for almost a whole day.
