Tagg states that the battery life of the Smartwatch is 10 days, but it only lasts up to 7 days when there’s heavy usage which is quite decent. It also contains a heart rate monitor for real-time monitoring of your heart health.Blood pressure and sleep monitoring are two more health tasks.
