Canon Selphy CP1000 Photo Printer

The Canon Selphy CP1000 Photo Printer operates on an impeccable resolution of 300 x 300dpi and has a gradation of 256 shades per color. In terms of ink usage, it has a dedicated cassette and a dedicated paper for printing. It delivers one print, within one minute or so. In terms of printing paper size, it can also operate on postcard size as well as card size (full), card size (eight labels), and card size(square label). Moreover, the printer uses the dye-sublimation thermal print method (with overcoating). 

The Canon Selphy CP1000 Photo Printer has dimensions of 178 x 135 x 60.5mm respectively. It has an ultra-compact design and is a portable printer, weighing just 840 grams. Moreover, it comes with a 6.858cm TFT type color display (with an adjustable tilt mechanism). With regards to the feeding system, the Canon Selphy CP1000 Photo Printer features an automatic paper feeding from the paper cassette and has an automatic paper ejection on top of the paper cassette as well.

It uses Adapter CA-CP200 B as its power source and has a power consumption of 60W (4W when on standby). Once fully charged, it can support up to 36 photocard size prints in super-quick time. 

The Canon Selphy CP1000 Photo Printer offers compatibility with Windows 8.1, Windows 7 SP1, and Mac OS X 10.8 / 10.9. It has a free disk space of 5MB (Windows) and 7MB (Mac). Apart from that, it has two card slots and supports multiple memory cards, which include SD / SDHC / SDXC / CF / Microdrive. It has a wide range of features, which include, ID photo print, lab-quality printing, Auto image optimization, and face detection. Moreover, the printer comes with a special coating for the prints, which makes it splash-proof and smudge-proof.
