A punch hole is added to the top of the notch-less front screen.On the rear of the smartphone is a quad-camera configuration that includes a 48MP primary camera, a 5MP camera, and dual 2MP cameras with LED flash.Some functions include ISO control, continuous shooting, exposure coensation, face identification, digital zoom, touch to focus, and auto flash.Micromax has included a 16MP Selfie Shooter on the front of the phone.

The phone is powered by a MediaTek Helio G96 CPU, 4GB of RAM, and a Mali G57 MC2 GPU. Also included is an Octa-core Cortex A76 and A55 architecture that runs at 2.05GHz (highest).The Micromax IN Note 3 has a 5000mAh battery that supports 33W Fast Charging. Aside from being made of Li-Polymer, this cell is non-removable.

The internal memory capacity is 64GB, which can be increased to 256GB using a memory card.Connectivity options include 4G VoLTE, Bluetooth v5.1, A-GPS, USB Type-C, Mobile Hotspot, and Wi-Fi.
