The screen display is a bit on the dim side compared to the AMOLED screens offered by the competitors but Poco M3 Pro 5G makes up for it with its phenomenal 90 Hz refresh rate which is the best part of the bargain with the unusually budget-friendly price tag of the Poco M3 Pro 5G. The high refresh rate might worry some as it may cause battery draining but the makers at Poco took care of that. The smart display switches refresh rates based on the content displayed on the screen, so battery draining is the least of your worry while watching a movie. The display has good viewing angles and you will feel the difference of using a smart 90 Hz refresh rate screen.

This is another section in which Poco has excelled. The 5000 mAh battery is smaller compared to competitors but can easily manage to power the Poco M3 Pro 5G throughout the day. Casual social media usage and even a few hours of gaming can be easily managed by the battery. The lower capacity battery also helps keeps the weight of the Poco M3 Pro 5G in check. The makers at Poco decided to go a step further and provide an in-box 18W fast charger that can charge your phone at lightning speed. The fast charger is a good move from Poco but it would be very highly appreciated if Poco provided a 33W or 64W fast charger.

The Poco M3 Pro 5G comes with a triple camera setup. A 48 MP main snapper, 2 MP depth sensor, and 2 MP macro sensor. Although the phone is premium the Poco M3 Pro 5G could certainly be given a respectable camera setup. The triple camera setup has an average performance when it comes to daylight photography but low light photography is just on the brink of satisfaction. There is a 360 degree ambient light sensor but that does very little to improve the camera quality. The front camera is an 8MP snapper which is very disappointing, to say the least. There are features like timed burst and slow motion in the camera UI but the performance is no more than satisfactory.

The Poco M3 Pro 5G comes with a new switchblade design and features a very artful exterior design. The back is glossy and metal finish that makes it look like glass. The camera module is singled out with a black color rectangle that also bears the Poco insignia. The Poco M3 Pro 5G is a bit on the bulkier side and one-handed use for a long time is not comfortable.
