Asus ROG series is amongst one of the few best options for mobile gaming enthusiasts in the market. The company has been launching new models in this game-centric Android mobile lineup with improved hardware and design each year. This time, the ROG Phone 6 series will be refreshing this lineup in the coming month. The device just got certified by TENAA where all its specification details have been tipped. Now, the ROG Phone 6 has paid its visit to Geekbench which not only confirms the final test run but also the chipset and benchmark scores.

Asus ROG Phone 6 Geekbench Results Out

The Asus ROG Phone 6 Geekbench listing mentions the AI2201_F model number. The recent TENAA listing of the flagship Asus gaming phone revealed the same model number. The Geebench database has listed an octa-core processor with a base frequency of 2.02Ghz. While the exact chipset name is not mentioned, we already know it’s the Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 processor that will be handling all the tasks and also cater to the extensive gaming requirements.

The Geekbench listing also confirms the Adreno 730 GPU support with the Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 processor on the ROG Phone 6. Furthermore, the Geekbench listing confirms a 16GB RAM configuration. It is worth mentioning that the company is also said to launch the ROG Phone 6 with a higher 18GB RAM capacity as well.

But the benchmark website doesn’t reveal any clues about this variant and also the expected storage capacities. Besides the chipset and RAM, the ROG 6 gaming phone’s Geekbench listing has also suggested Android 12 OS. This we will likely see topped with a custom user interface. Lastly, the benchmark scores, the ROG Phone 6 has logged some impressive scores in the test run.

In the single-core Geekbench test, the ROG Phone 6 achieved 1323 points. On the other hand, the upcoming gaming handset scored 4,238 points in the multi-core test. The benchmark website has revealed only these details related to the upcoming Asus ROG series gaming phone. But thanks to the recent TENAA listing, all the remaining ROG Phone 6 features are also known.

Starting with the front, the ROG Phone 6 is rumored to be equipped with a 6.7-inch OLED screen which will support 1080p FHD+ screen resolution and a massive 165Hz refresh rate. It is expected to feature a 64MP triple rear camera module for primary optics. The device is also said to come with an improved linear X-axis motor and VC colling chamber. A 6,000 mAh battery along with 65W fast charging is expected to keep the lights on.
