But a recent video teaser from Ather confirms the debut of 450 Apex electric scooter sometime soon in the Indian market. The upcoming Ather 450 Apex is touted to be the fastest yet electric scooter from the company. What would be its expected powertrain and price range in the Indian market? Tarun Mehta, Ather India CEO, has confirmed the upcoming launch of 450X Apex electric scooter model in the Indian market. Previously, Ather hinted at the arrival of a new family electric scooter in the country. But now, the official teaser of the Ather 450 Apex has been shared on the company’s official social media handles.
The exact date for the launch of Ather 450 Apex electric scooter model isn’t confirmed. However, the brand has revealed that the upcoming electric scooter will be debuting soon and will be made available for sale starting 2024 in India. We are anticipating the Ather 450 Apex’s sales to commence in the Q1 of 2024.

Ather 450 Apex Expected Pricing
Currently, Ather has kept the pricing details for the upcoming 450 Apex electric scooter under the wraps. But it is expected to be a premium variant which could be priced higher than the 450X electric scooter. Notably, the Ather 450X price in India is set at around Rs. 1.68 lakh (ex showroom). It would be interesting to see how higher the price difference would be in between both the variants.

Ather 450 Apex: Expected Powertrain
Again, the information is limited on the upcoming Ather 450 Apex electric scooter. Similar to the pricing, the powertrain and feature details are also under the wraps as of now. Apex has only hinted a premium electric scooter in the making that would be the fastest amongst all of its offerings till date including the Ather 450X which currently is the most premium variant.
However, some online reports hints that Ather would possibly use the same 3.7 kWh battery pack inside the 450 Apex which is used to drive the 450X electric scooter model. But the former will deliver better performance better compared to the former. Also, we can expect a top speed over 100 kmph which is currently offered by the Ather 450X.
