Optimized For Coding

The RD240Q features BenQ’s Fine-Coated Panel with advanced anti-glare and anti-reflective properties. These enhancements create an ideal coding environment by reducing eye strain and improving visual clarity. The monitor also comes equipped with BenQ’s proprietary coding mode, which significantly enhances text clarity. This feature is essential for developers who work in various lighting conditions and use different coding themes. The monitor’s Coding HotKey is another standout feature, helping programmers maintain focus and productivity, especially during intensive coding sessions.

Enhanced Display and Ergonomics

The RD240Q offers a 24.1-inch display with a 16:10 aspect ratio, providing more vertical screen space to display additional lines of code. This WQXGA (2560 x 1600) resolution monitor ensures visual brilliance with 95% P3 color coverage, making it not only a tool for coding but also for tasks requiring high color accuracy. The monitor is available with both ergonomically adjustable and fixed stand options, allowing users to customize their setup for maximum comfort.

Advanced Features For Productivity

One of the key features of the RD240Q is the KVM switch, which allows users to control multiple computers with a single set of peripherals. This is particularly useful for developers who often need to switch between different systems. The monitor also supports multi-stream transport, enabling the connection of multiple monitors for an extended workspace. Additionally, BenQ’s suite of productivity software further enhances the user experience by streamlining workflow and improving efficiency.

Eye Care and Comfort

BenQ has incorporated several eye care features into the RD240Q to ensure long-term comfort for developers who spend extended hours in front of their screens. The Night Hours Protection technology includes minimal brightness settings, an eye-care filter, and dark room optimization. The Brightness Intelligence Gen2 feature automatically adjusts the monitor’s brightness based on ambient lighting conditions, reducing eye strain and ensuring consistent visual comfort.
