CAA Web Portal Benefits

This new portal supports the government’s Digital India program and makes the application process easier for people. These communities comprise Hindus, Sikhs, Buddhists, Parsis, Jains, and Christians.

According to the act, people from these minority communities who came to India before December 31, 2014, are eligible to apply for Indian citizenship.
