The OnePlus 10 series has been making rattles online for quite some time now. The rumor mill has churned out enough details surrounding both the standard and the Pro model. It is already known the upcoming lineup would be the company’s first Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 processor-powered devices. Until now, the launch details have been kept under the wraps, but Giznext has managed to exclusively get insights on its India launch. Below is when the OnePlus 10 series is going official in the country.
OnePlus 10, OnePlus 10 Pro Official India Launch Date
An industry source has told Giznext both OnePlus 10 and the OnePlus 10 Pro will be launched in India in the second week of January 2022. The official dates are yet to be confirmed. However, our sources suggest it could be either 10th or 11th January 2022. It seems that the devices will be going official in the country soon after their global debut.
We can expect the company to start releasing official teasers related to the specifications and hardware soon. That’s considering it’s just a month remaining for the suggested launch timeline and the brand would be creating hype for its upcoming flagship devices. Nevertheless, both the OnePlus 10 and the OnePlus 10 Pro have been constant visitors at the leaks factory and we have got plenty of details related to the design and features.
OnePlus 10, OnePlus 10 Pro: Features We Can Expect?
The OnePlus 10 series have been leaked multiple times with the Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 series processor. Both handsets would be amongst the first lot of flagship handsets that will be using Qualcomm’s new-generation premium 5G processor. We are expecting the new Android 12 OS topped with a custom Oxygen OS skin.
Additionally, the OnePlus 10 series will be employing a tall Fluid AMOLED display with a punch-hole camera cutout. The panel on both the OnePlus 10 and the OnePlus 10 Pro might offer an FHD+ screen resolution and 120Hz refresh rate. The leaks have tipped a 6.7-inch display for the Pro model. However, the screen size for the vanilla model remains unspecified currently.
The optics are also known for the Pro model and not the vanilla variant. The said model (OnePlus 10 Pro) is speculated to feature a 48MP primary sensor, a 50MP wide-angle-sensor, and an 8MP telephoto sensor. The standard variant could feature slight differences in the camera hardware from the Pro model, but the details are yet awaited.
The selfie camera offered by the OnePlus 10 series is expected to be a 32MP lens with an f/2.0 aperture. The battery capacity tipped is 5,000 mAh with 65W fast charging. But if we go by the fresh leaks, the upcoming flagship lineup would be the brand’s first with the fastest charging speeds (88W wired, 50W wireless).
