The budget-friendly electric scooter got more economical for Indian consumers with the latest price cut. Hero has reduced the Vida V1 electric scooter prices massively in a bid to fall in line with the Fame II subsidies. What is the new Vida V1 priced in India? Read the details below:
Hero Vida V1 Electric Scooter New Prices After Cost Deduction

The Hero Vida V1 electric scooter range has been given up to Rs. 25,000. This price cut is effective on the Vida V1 Plus electric scooter. Hero also has the Vida V1 Pro electric scooter option for the Indian audiences which has now been made cheaper by Rs. 19,000. To recap, the Hero Vida V1 Pro and Plus models initially launched starting at Rs. 1.44 lakh in India.
Following the latest discounts of Rs. 25,000 the Vida V1 Plus can now be purchased at just Rs. 1,19,000 (ex-showroom). On the other hand, the Vida V1 Pro which is the high-end variant will now be up for grabs at Rs. 1,25,000 after the discount of Rs. 19,000. Both Hero Vida V1 electric scooters can now be purchased across 11 different cities in the Indian market.
The new prices of the Hero Vida electric scooters will be including state wise Fame II subsidies. In addition to this, Hero will also be providing the charger along with the scooter which previously was being sold as an added accessory.
Buyers will get to choose from White, red, and orange color options. Not just Hero, other EV brands are also likely to reduce the cost of their electric scooters in the coming days and will be providing the charger with the purchase.

The Hero Vida V1 Plus and the Vida V1 Pro run on a 6kW PMSM electric motor. The former variant is integrated with a 3.44 kWh battery pack, while the latter gets a slightly bigger 3.94 kWh battery pack. The battery charging speed is approx. five hours.
The riding range delivered by the Hero Vida V1 Plus is up to 143 km per charge, whereas, the Hero Vida V1 Pro can offer up to 165 km per charge range. Both Hero Vida V1 electric scooters can deliver up to 80 kmph top speed.
