Krafton today announced the global launch of its new sci-fi survival horror game, Callisto Protocol. Starring Josh Duhamel and Karen Fukuhara, the game was created by Krafton-owned Striking Distance Studios and is set on Jupiter’s dead moon Callisto in the year 2320.
The game was initially announced by Krafton in June of this year. The company had previously stated that the game would be available to users everywhere in December of this year. A Collector’s Edition of the game that included a limited-run Steelbook case, comic book, and ultra-premium collectible statue was also made available in the US and Canada at Gamestop and EB Games.
Also, Krafton had made the game available for pre-orders at Standard, Day One, and Digital Deluxe editions. The Callisto Protocol has now been formally launched worldwide by the game developer after several months.

The Callisto Protocol: Gameplay
The Callisto Protocol, which takes place in the year 2320 on Jupiter’s dead moon Callisto, challenges players to endure the horrors of Black Iron Prison and learn the murky secrets of the United Jupiter Company when an unexplained epidemic causes havoc on the moon.
In order to survive the mystery outbreak on Callisto, players will need to scout their surroundings, adjust their strategies, and use a special mix of firearms and close-quarters combat.
Josh Duhamel plays cargo ship pilot Jacob Lee in The Callisto Protocol, who is imprisoned deep inside Black Iron Prison. Karen Fukuhara, from The Boys, plays a fascinating fellow prisoner.
The Callisto Protocol: Availability
Players in India will be able to purchase the game digitally from Steam or console digital storefronts. The game is now available for PC, Xbox One, PlayStation 5, PlayStation 4, and PlayStation 3. (Steam, Epic Games Store).
