LML revived hopes for its fans by showcasing its first electric scooter the Star electric at the Auto Expo 2023. The brand is all set to re-enter the Indian automobile industry with the launch of the LML Star Electric scooter. LML has now announced the official launch timeline for its first electric scooter which will be competing with some of the popular rivals such as the TVS iQube and Hero Vida V1.
LML Star Electric Scooter: When Is Official India Launch And Expected Price?
The LML Star electric scooter will be launched officially in September 2023 in India. The exact date is not announced by LML but the registration details are revealed. The LML Star Electric 2023 will be available for pre-booking starting June 2023 in the country. As for the expected pricing, the LML Star electric scooter is expected to be available at approx. Rs. 1.50 lakh. As mentioned above, this price range will pit the LML e-scooter against the likes of Hero Vida V1 and TVS iQube affordable electric scooters.

The LML Star electric scooter will be using a 4 kWh battery capacity for power delivery. It is being said that the battery module will essentially be a pair of 2 kWh removable batteries. An expected riding range of up to 150 km per charge is expected from the LML Star electric scooter.
Furthermore, the LML Star electric scooter’s motor will be churning out around 6.7 bhp (5kW) of peak power. Whereas, the peak torque generated by the Star electric scooter’s motor will be around 38 Nm. The LML Star electric scooter will be offering a top speed of 90 kmph which is a standard figure in this segment.
Speaking of the additional key features, the LML Star electric scooter will come with a large 7-inch TFT digital instrument cluster. It will be customizable and will also come with Bluetooth connectivity support. Multiple riding modes and keyless ignition are some of the additional highlights of the LML Star electric scooter.
