Mahindra Reveals BE 6e, XUV 9e Battery, Charging Details Via New Teasers

Mahindra XEV 9e and the BE 6e are the most talked e-SUV models of the town. Due for an unveiling during the Unlimit India event, both new e-SUVs are expected to bring solid heat to the electric SUV market in India. The company recently teased the capabilities of the INGLO platform that will be underpinning the XEV 9e and the BE 6e. And now, the battery and charging details of the new Mahindra e-SUVs have been revealed.

Mahindra BE 6e, XEV 9e Battery, Charging, Expected Range

We already are aware of the INGLO platform that will be driving the Mahindra XEV 9e and the Be 6e. In the latest teaser, the brand has revealed the battery details. As previously revealed, the INLGLO platform will be utilizing an LFP (Lithium iron phosphate) battery pack. And both the XEV 9e and the BE 6e wiill be introduced with dual battery pack options.

The base variant of the BE 6e and the XEV 9e will be using a 59 kWh battery, while the higher-spec variant will be loaded with the bigger 79 kWh battery pack. Additionally, Mahindra has confirmed that both the new electric SUVs will be compatible with 175 kW fast DC charging allowing a battery recharge from 20- 80 percent within just 20 minutes.

Mahindra BE 6e, XEV 9e Prices To Be Revealed Tomorrow

Mahindra is hosting the Unlimit India event tomorrow where the final showcasing of both BE 6e and the XEV 9e will be done. It is expected that Mahindra will also reveal the official pricing of these two electric SUVs tomorrow itself. It remains to be seen of the bookings also commence soon or a few months later.
