Delhi-based EV startup mXmoto is back with another electric motorcycle. The two-wheeler EV manufacturer has now upgraded its portfolio in the country with M16 electric motorcycle. The cruiser electric bike comes with a solid metal body and an all-electric drivetrain under Rs. 2 lakh in India.
mXmoto M16 Electric Motorcycle Design
The mXmoto M16 boasts high-resistant metal chassis which makes it rugged for the Indian road conditions. This design construction combined with the cruiser style makes it unique in its segment. A modern touch is added with a digital LCD instrument console, KED headlamps, and LED turn indicators. The M16 overall flaunts an aggressive yet comfortable cruiser motorcycle approach which stands out in the current EV market in India.

mXmoto M16 drives through a high-performance 4000 W BLDC-hub motor which offers swift throttle response with the C35 magnet separations. With around 98 percent energy efficiency, the motor churns out impressive 140 Nm torque. It achieves 16 percent improved power efficiency with the integrated 80 AMP high-efficiency controllers with regenerative braking.
mXmoto has used a Lithium battery setup inside the M16 cruiser electric motorcycle. Exact battery capacity powering the M16 is not mentioned on the official website. However, this electric motorcycle is claimed to cover a distance ranging between 160- 220 km on one full battery charge. It will take approximately three hours for the battery to get a charge from 0- 90 percent.

mXmoto M16 Features
mXMoto M16 is loaded with several smart and security features. Range of smart-tech onboard includes digital console offering suite of smart features accessible via compatible mobile app. This electric motorcycle comes with Bluetooth support, turn-by-turn navigation support parking/ reverse parking assist, call-compatibility, anti-skid assist mode. It also offers cruise control. Braking will be handled by triple-disc system, while suspension is taken care of by a central shock absorber system which is adjustable.

mXmoto M16 Price In India
mXmoto M16 is priced at Rs. 1.98 lakh (ex showroom) in India. The cost range under Rs. 2 lakh seems to be great deal for an electric motorcycle that has a robust and comfortable build and a cruiser-style design.
