Oppo has been teasing a new affordable phone in its “A” smartphone lineup dubbed the A95 4G for a while now. The device has now gone official after several months of leaks and rumors. The company had already launched the A95 in the global market. However, the previous variant was backed with 5G network support, while the latest model comes with standard 4G network support. The internals is also slightly different in the latest model.
Oppo A95 4G Full Features And Specs
The Oppo A95 4G is a mid-range 4G handset powered by the Snapdragon 662 processor. The octa-core Qualcomm processor gets combined with a single 8GB RAM option. This is further combined with a 128GB storage configuration. The device also has an external microSD card storage which will suffice the additional storage requirements.
The Oppo A95 4G has been launched with an AMOLED display panel which measures 6.43-inches. The panel delivers 1080p FHD+ resolution and has a 20:9 aspect ratio. Unlike the competitions in the mid-range segment where you get a higher refresh rate (90Hz/ 120Hz), the latest Oppo offering offers a standard 60Hz refresh rate.
In the camera department, the Oppo A95 4G features a triple rear camera setup at the back housed inside a vertical camera module on the top-left. The setup features a 48MP main camera which is further clubbed with a 2MP depth sensor and another 2MP sensor for macro imaging. To capture selfies and for video calling, the Oppo A95 4G comes with a 16MP snapper upfront with an f/2.0 aperture.
The Oppo A95 4G’s connectivity aspects standard 4G VoLTE, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, and a 3.5 mm headphone jack. The device will ship with Android 11 OS which will be layered with ColorOS 11.1 skin. For security, the handset offers an in-display fingerprint scanner besides Face Unlock, Pin, and Password protection. The company has equipped this new mid-range 4G handset with a 5,000 mAH battery which is accompanied by 33W fast charging support.
Oppo A95 4G Price, Official India Launch Timeline
The Oppo A95 4G has currently been announced in Malaysia at MYR 1,099 which is roughly around Rs. 19,500 as per India currency. The device has already gone up for sale in Glowing Rainbow Silver and Starry Black shades. Oppo is yet to make this device official in the Indian market and the timeline is also yet to be announced.
