Design
I always feel that design of a product is a matter of personal preference. You either like it or you don’t. As for the Realme TechLife Studio H1, it is not a design that will blow you away, but it definitely has a charm of its own. Personally, I like its sleek, foldable design. There is something its clean look that makes it appealing. The over-the-ear headphones fold up easily that I can toss it into my bag or carry it around without any difficulty. It comes in Black, White, and Red colors. I got my hands on the Black variant, which looks pretty elegant.
The headphone is made of plastic and supports height adjustment and slight swivel. There’s a Realme TechLife logo on the headband, which adds a bit of flair without being over the top. There are four buttons housing on the right earcup, i.e., volume controls, a power button with an indicator, and one for ANC. You will also find a USB port here.
Speaking of comfort, the ear cups are large enough to surround your ears completely. The synthetic leather on the ear pads and headband adds a nice touch. This helps a lot when you are wearing them for long hours. I had them on for about two to three hours straight, and I barely noticed any discomfort. If you are a music junkie or someone who uses headphones for work, this one is for you.
Though, there’s one thing that could have been better, and that is water resistance. While they are sweat-proof, they don’t come with an official IP rating. So, you might want to be cautious if you plan on wearing them in the rain or at the gym. But that’s okay, as long as you are not taking a dip with them, you should be good.
Sound Quality
The Realme TechLife Studio H1 shines in sound department. The headphone features a 40mm Mega Dynamic Bass Driver which packs a punch when it comes to bass. But what impresses me the most is how it balances the things out. There’s no denying in that the bass is rich and thumpy. However, it does not overwhelm the highs and mids. Whether you are into bass-heavy beats or soft acoustic tunes, the sound stays clear.
I tested the headphone across a range of music genres, ranging from Imagin Dragons to BTS to Indian classical, and it handled everything with ease. The bass-heavy tracks hit hard, but when I switched to something more delicate like acoustic guitar or vocals, the headphones still delivered impressive clarity.
The headphone also features the LDAC Audio Codec support. If you have got a device that supports LDAC, get ready for an even richer listening experience. The high-resolution audio streaming really uplifts the sound. For those without LDAC, the Realme Techlife Studio H1 also supports AAC and SBC codecs. This means it plays nicely with a wide range of devices. While AAC and SBC still offer good sound quality, I definitely noticed a step up in sharpness and detail when I switched over to LDAC. It is like upgrading from good to great.
The Realme TechLife Studio H1 has 43dB Hybrid Noise Cancellation which performs quite well. With three levels of smart ANC to choose from, I could easily adjust the noise reduction based on my environment. I tested the headphones in a noisy environment like metro and they did a decent job of reducing the background chatter. It is not perfect as high-pitched sounds still sneak through. But considering its price, it’s good.
Another thing I liked was the 80ms ultra-low latency mode. If you enjoy watching videos or gaming like I do, this mode is a game-changer. The audio stayed perfectly synced with the visuals. On top of that, the spatial audio effect is a neat touch. While it is not quite on par with premium headphones, it is a nice feature to have for those times when you want to get a little more lost in your music or movie.

Connectivity And Controls
The Realme TechLife Studio H1 comes with Bluetooth 5.4. My experience of connecting the headphone with my iPhone was smooth, no glitches, no frustration. Once connected, the stability of the connection was decent. Whether I was streaming music from my phone or watching videos on my tablet, I never had to deal with any dropouts. The connection remained solid, even when I moved around the room. One of the standout features of this headphone is its dual-device connection. I could easily switch from my laptop to my phone without having to mess around with the Bluetooth settings.
As for the controls, Realme has kept it smooth. The volume, power, and ANC buttons are all conveniently placed on the ear cups. I found the layout to be super natural. The physical buttons provide great tactile feedback, so I could easily adjust settings without having to remove the headphones or even look at them. The status indicators for power and connection are also handy. It easily keeps track of what’s going on with your headphones at a look.

Battery Life
The Realme TechLife Studio H1 headphone comes with 600mAh battery. The headphone has about 25 to 30 hours of playback time when ANC is off. They are perfect for long trips or just getting through your day without constantly checking the battery percentage. Even with ANC on, you still get around 20 hours of use.
Coming to the charging part, these headphones charge up completely in about one and a half hours. And I think that’s quick enough to get you back to listening without a long wait. Additionally, if you are ever in a hurry, a short 10-minute charge gives you a couple of hours of playback. Overall, the battery life on the Realme TechLife Studio H1 is impressive.

Giznext’s Final Verdict
Considering the price, the Realme TechLife Studio H1 brings a lot to the table. With good sound quality, effective ANC, and good battery life, it is a great option for those looking for feature-packed headphones. While it shines in bass-heavy tracks and offers a comfortable fit for extended use, the lack of water resistance rating and the somewhat tight clamping pressure can be drawbacks for some. Overall, it is a strong first offering from Realme in the headphone market.
