Royal Enfield Electric Motorcycle Design Leaked

As expected, Royal Enfield will be sticking to its signature retro styling even with its EV models. At least, that’s what the latest spy shots of the upcoming Royal Enfield electric motorcycles indicates. Thanks to the undisguised snapshots of the RE Flying Flea e-motorcycle, we got to see the classic retro-design highlighted by the round LEDs and ORVMs. Both get chrome finish sticking true to the RE design language.

The new spy shots of the Rolyal Enfield Flying Flea electric motorcycle also shows design similarities in the instrument console which is round in shape as well. Another common design aspect between the electric and ICE RE motorcycles is the teardrop-style fuel tank. The tyre profile is where things gets different entirely.

Unlike the thick and bulky tyre seen with the ICE models, the Royal Enfield Flying Flea mounts slimmer tyres. This is one EV-specific design element which will help with reduced air drag and improve overall range efficiency. It is suprising to see the Flying Flea is equipped with girder folds which is something not common in the two wheeler segment.
