Before we give a verdict, we’ll have to quickly recap all the features offered by the Galaxy A12. It is an entry-level offering that is driven by the octa-core Exynos 850 processor. The chipset is paired up with Mali G52 GPU and up to 6GB RAM. The budget device offers up to 12GB storage configuration which is further expandable via microSD for additional space.

The Galaxy A12 accommodates a TFT panel that measures 6.5-inches in size and has regular HD+ (720 x 1600) pixels screen resolution. The screen refresh rate offered is also standard, i.e, 60Hz. For imaging, Samsung has used four cameras on this budget Galaxy A smartphone. The unit offers a 48MP main camera, a 5MP ultra-wide-angle sensor, and a pair of 2MP lenses.
