Tata Motors has been rapidly expanding its EV portfolio in India and recently introduced the first coupe-style EV model, the Curvv EV. Next year as well, Tata is expected to launch more new EVs with the first in line likely being the Harrier EV. It’s production-read unit has been spied hinting its imminent launch in India.

Tata Harrier EV Fresh Spy Shots Leak Online

Tata Harrier EV spy shots have emerged several times online. But this time the snapshots of the production-ready unit has been shared by the rumor mill. The spy shots shows the near production-ready unit wrapped under camouflage while revealing the advanced multi-link independent suspension module and some other highlights.

The overall exterior structure of the Harrier EV is identical to the Harrier ICE model. Tata will be making subtle changes to the Harrier EV’s design profile which will highlight the EV-specific changes. The Harrier electric will come with an updated bumper design along with a blanked-off grille which will make it standout from the ICE version.

Tata is also expected to keep the interiors of the Harrier EV same to the ICE model. It is expected to feature the same dashboard and the center console design. But the touchscreen infotainment screen could be slightly bigger than the ICE counterpart. The Harrier EV is also expected to offer advanced features such as voice-controlled panoramic sunroof, steering wheel with illuminated logo, and more.

Tata Harrier EV Expected Powertrain

Tata Harrier EV is confirmed to arrive with an AWD (All wheel drive) option and will be using the activ.ev platform. There could be battery pack option ranging between 60- 80 kWh with a range of around 500 km per charge.
