TVS Motor Company has been an active player in the electric two wheeler market. Its iQube electric scooter series has become quite popular amongst the Indian consumers. And now, the brand is aiming to further fortify its position in the E2W market with the launch of more e-scooter models. Two new TVS E2W are said to be under development which will debut this financial year itself. The expected models and the price range are mentioned below:

Upcoming TVS E2Ws In India: Expected Models
TVS Motor Company is planning to upgrade its product portfolio with two new E2W models. This move will be strengthening brand’s position in the electric two wheeler sector in the country. The timeline suggested for the new TVS electric two wheelers launch is for this financial year. This means the company could introduce the suggested models by the end of this year.
In a statement, TVS Motor Director and CEO KN Radhakrishnan, said, “As you are aware, we are well-planned for the electric mobility product line. You will be witnessing some more launches during this financial year…a new product is going to come to a customer segment. That will come in this financial year.”
Unfortunately, the names of the upcoming TVS electric two wheelers remain a mystery. And it can’t be said if the brand will be adding up electric scooters again or will now introduce an electric motorcycle as well.
Just to recap, the company currently has the iQube e-scooter in its portfolio which is available in different variants. Even if the brand is planning to launch a new electric scooter, whether or not it will be debuting in the iQube series is not known. The same is applicable on the price range which is difficult to guess at this point.

New TVS Electric Three Wheeler Also In Works?
Besides the upcoming electric two wheelers, TVS Motor India is also said to be working in a new electric three wheeler. However, the TVS electric three wheeler might not be introduced this financial year and could take a while before going commercial in India.
